Part 1 of 4: DO NOT TAKE ALLAH FOR GRANTED

We take Allah for granted, even when we think we are doing good deeds (even this is not permitted). Do not think that you are doing anything. Allah is letting you do this. Coming together to do zikr [repeated remembrance with contemplation] is Allah’s grace. We are all together here, but it is only through Allah’s grace that we are here. It is Allah’s favor upon us that we are here talking about Allah.

“Surely this is an admonition: Let those who wish, take a path to their Rab! However, (you should know that) you cannot do it unless Allah so wills. Truly Allah is Alim [All-Knowing] and Hakim [Wise].”
