Welcome to our Monthly Meditation!

The year of New Beginnings and Inner Renewal (2024)!

And we remember our late teacher’s

Stephen John Tidbury

and

Shaykh / Master Taner Ansari

We are part of the unity of God

and at the same time each unique.

We are all from God, not masks, but real people.

Let us take up our inheritance again!

Time for the third meditation in 2024

(it is every third Saturday of the month).

we generate the energy for the New Beginning and inner Renewal on Saturday March 16th, 19:00 German time.

In doing so, we continue to build on the field of love, peace and healing:

Ya Wadud, Ya Salaam, Ya Shafi

The main meditation theme is

recognise and experience your innermost being!

– Ya Fattah (The opener)

Ya Khabir (The experienced, the aware, the attentive)

– Ya Qadir (The capable, the gifted, the all-strengthening)

Ya Baqi – What remains when everything fades away?

Do we recognise who we really are?

There will be a Video conference starting 30 minutes before. Here we can talk about meditation and more.

Together building the brilliant energy field of Love, Peace and Healing – Ya Wadud, Ya Salaam, Ya Shafi

The theme was and still is deeply advised from the deceased Masters Steve and Shaykh Taner Ansari and his successor Shaykha Muzeyyen Ansari:

It’s about new Beginnings and inner Renewal and the realization of what stays and if everything else is dying.

– Ya Fattah, Ya Khabir, Ya Qadir, ya Baqi

With consciousness and experience, through our ability and talent, we open up the realisation of that which remains eternal.

The first minutes we ask for connection:

Start and open your connection with Shaykh Taner Ansari / Shaykha Muzeyyen Ansari and/or Shaykh Steve and/or me (frank) – (as an entrance into our collective meditation), then:

1. Through the crown (sahasrara Chakra): Ask for an opening of your perceptible connection to “God /Allah, the primordial well of Love, Truth and Healing”.

2. Through the feet/ pelvic floor/ muladahra = root Chakra): Ask for an opening of a strong, loving, perceptible connection to “mother-earth”.

3. Through the heart: Ask for an opening of a perceptible connection to your original Soul and your “Higher Self”.

4. We connect us with our Shaykh/ Teacher/ Master and the line – holding as usual.

Then we ask the original source of love, truth and healing to bless our meditation (and e.g. pray the Fatiha).

Our theme is new Beginnings and inner Renewal: recognise and experience your innermost being in realizing what stays if everything else is dying:

We pray / chant: 33x Ya Wadud, Ya Salaam, Ya Shafi and after opening this field we fill it with 33x Ya Fattah, Ya Khabir, Ya Qadir, ya Baqi.

After contemplating this we rest in our center

(Manipura behind the navel) and open ourself to who we really are (boundless Love, compassion and grace).

The end of our meditation is after 45 minutes.

We can end the meditation with a little prayer (e.g. Sura Al Ikhlas).

In the first quarter of the year Two-thousand-and-twenty-four this is the great chance of new Beginnings and inner Renewal, as individual and collective!
