The AQRT – Uitenhage Centre runs a Soup Kitchen every Saturday and feeds up to 400 people. It relies on donations and the hard work of several cooks who ensure that up to 400 people from our disadvantaged communities receive a warm meal, at least once a week.

The team provides up to 4 large pots of food including bread which amounts to around R300 or $20 per pot. Each week the Soup Kitchen needs (R1200 or $80).

We welcome all contributions and donations, either a once off payment, or a monthly EFT.

Whatever you can donate will go a long way in feeding those most in need, Insha’Allah.
