JUSTICE BEGINS WHEN WE SEEK TO KNOW ALLAH AND FOLLOW HIS GUIDANCE

Social justice starts with La ilaha ilallah [There is no other higher power besides Allah]. When you do not accept the truth, when you do not surrender to the Creator and His Purpose, how can you have peace? How can you be just? Allah has created the universe for a purpose. That purpose is explained by our Prophet (pbuh), and Hz. Abdul Qadir Geylani, “I was a Hidden Treasure and I wanted to be known and that is why I created the universe.”
Steven Hawkins said, “The universe is the mind of God.” So all the universe is a manifestation of God’s attributes and you are the witnesses to witness this creation. That is your job. Once you know your purpose in life, then your actions can be toward that purpose and justice is done. If you are not doing this, then justice is not done.
First of all, you need to be just toward your Creator. Give His right to Him. Then you have to be just to your family: your kids, your wife, your husband. Make sure they get not only material nourishment, but they also get spiritual nourishment, and especially love. If you do not say to your fellow human beings, your family members, that you love them, how can you claim that you love Allah?
