Seeing The Essence in Everything – Part 2 of 2

General advice: How to have a good relationship with your family and with others

You need to see the essence in everything and talk, address to the essence of Allah, rather than the nafs of people. You are talking to your wife. Talk to Allah, assume that she is the microphone and you are talking to Allah through there. And you are talking to your husband, assume that he is the microphone. You need to be in relationship with Allah through every form and every creation.

What does creation mean?

Creation means manifestation, expression of the source. Creation can be expressed infinitely. My definition that came to my heart is that intention of Allah with certain amount of energy in a certain direction and keeping the connection, putting into a package, this is creation.

Allah intends to do something with the intention and then He directs this intention with a certain amount of this energy into a package and keeps the connection. This is creation. Allah’s energy directed to a package with certain intention and keeping the connection. This is creation. So Allah wants to intend something, so He directs His energy and puts it in a package. That package is limited, so the amount is limited to that package. That is why it is creation and its name is not Allah. Why? Because it is limited. But everything in that substance, everything in that package is Allah’s substance, Allah’s energy.

Allah is the Nur [Light; Energy] of the universes and the earth. (Al Nur:35)

The meaning of blindness in the Qur’an

The blind person is not equal to the one who sees. Likewise, zulm [darkness; ignorance] is not equal to nur [light; enlightenment], (Fatir:19-20)

Allah is the energy. So if you are blind, you do not see this. That is what blind means in Sufism. You just see the form. When you pass the form, then you are seeing.

And those who do not fall deaf and blind when they are reminded of the ayats of their Rab [Lord], (Al Furqan:73)

Connection between Multiplicity and Unity

The creation is the multiplicity of the unity. A limited definition or manifestation of the unity. Limited manifestations of the unity makes the multiplicity. So if you want to be in the unity, follow the connection, pass the form and follow the line. It goes to the source. It is the same source.
